Laura Hill is a Human Resources leader with 35 years of experience in personnel management, hiring, and wellness-centered staff support. She specializes in a whole-person approach to employee and program development. Laura understands the importance of relationships and the positive results that come from maintaining strong connections within an organization to foster a thriving work environment and culture. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Montana, and an educational background in organizational communications, she is skilled at sharing information effectively to a broad audience. In addition to her ability to interact effectively, Laura is a progressive HR professional focused on offering staff advanced tools and programs. Regularly, she develops new training sessions, wellness campaigns, and self-service resources, using cutting-edge technologies and HR analytics. Outside of work, Laura is passionate about being outside and competing inside during weekly spin classes. She’s also an avid reader and cook with a penchant for Washington state wines and locally made Cougar Gold cheese.
